The In-ko-pah Railroad
The In-ko-pah Railroad
The first and largest town on the In-ko-pah Railroad is Dos Manos. I started work on the townsite in March, 2009. So far there are only four buildings and an old jailhouse. A depot is in the works, and other buildings will be added over the coming years.
These buildings are all “freelanced” -- that is, they are not models of actual buildings. But their designs were inspired by many of the old structures I’ve seen in mining towns of Nevada and other western states. I also studied hundreds of photos of period buildings online.
