Small former railroad town east of Bishop. The main attraction there today is the Laws Railroad and Historic Museum, which has many preserved pioneer buildings; old vehicles and mining equipment; and lots of equipment and other relics from the late, great Southern Pacific Narrow Gauge/Carson & Colorado Railroad.
