Ghost Towns, Mines, and More!
I was originally unable to identify this very old ranch, so I just called it the “Adobe Ranch”. Since then, I’ve been told that it was originally known as the “Dyer Place”. Later it became a part of the Walsh (Hess) Ranch and was the home of Will Walsh.
The large, adobe ranch house is quite amazing and must have been a real beauty in its prime. The round brick base for a water tank is an interesting feature.
