Alliance Talc Mine, CA
The Alliance Talc Mine is located in the Talc City Hills north of Darwin, CA. It's a small strip mine of recent vintage -- probably the 1970 or 1980s. The structures seen here are from the much older Homestake Mine, which probably date back to about 1915.
Other mines in the Talc City Hills include the Sierra Talc Mine, the Silver Dollar Mine, and the Talc City Mine.
