This dilapidated cabin and shack are located near a spring at the mouth of the canyon leading into the Bottle Creek District. The Baldwin Mine included a shaft to the south, behind this hill, and another one across the canyon to the north.

Other sites in this area are the White Peaks Mine No.1, White Peaks Mine No.2, the White Peaks Cabins, and the Bottle Creek Mill.
