The Silver Leaf mine is one of many in the Hannapah area, where ore was first discovered in 1902. Most of the mines in the area no longer have any structures or ruins. The Silver Leaf mine at least has some unusual concrete foundations.

There are many open, unmarked mineshafts in the Hannapah area. Use extreme caution when exploring this site!

There are two other interesting mines in the Hannapah area: The Hannapah Mine and the Hannapah Silver Star Mine.
